Refund Policy
All sales are final. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items that have a manufacture defect, arrived damaged or are missing, must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that have been worn or no longer have original tags will not be eligible for return.
Please send an email with your name and a picture of the broken item to kenzie.ault@gmail.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If the item is not repairable and your return is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement or give you a credit to our online store.
