All in-stock items are usually shipped via USPS within 3 business days of your checkout date and will have a tracking number to track your jewelry order. Any items still in transit to the online store will ship out as soon as they arrive.
Products will be shipped to an address designated by the customer upon checkout.

Customers should have a secure and safe place for delivery of their orders or select “signature required” shipping. We are not responsible for porch theft, addresses incorrectly entered by the customer, or packages that go missing after their delivery is confirmed by the courier.
Orders that have been confirmed as delivered through USPS tracking will not be eligible for a refund or credit. We are not responsible for missing/stolen packages or addresses entered incorrectly by the customer
Returned packages will be charged a $4.50 fee plus the cost of postage to resend the package. Packages that were shipped for free initially will be charged the full cost to re-ship the package as well as the $4.50 re-processing fee.
Should you receive an email from us about a return package be sure to respond within 7 business days. If the correct mailing address is not confirmed within 7 business days the jewelry items will go back into our inventory for resale. Return packages that previously qualified for free shipping will be charged $4.50 to reship the items. If the $4.50 shipping fee is not paid to us within 7 business days the jewelry items will go back into our inventory for resale.
